Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Human rights are the fundamental rights, which are possesed by all human beings irrespective of their caste, nationality, sex and language. These rights cannot be taken away by any legislature or any government act. As natural rights they are seen as belonging to men and women by their very nature. India is a democratic country and the aim of our government is to ensure happiness to all citizens with equal rights, opportunities and comfort. Every citizen must enjoy certain rights and also has certain duties towards the country. Under the Indian constitution nine fundamental rights have been guaranteed to human beings. They are right to freedom, right to property, right to freedom of religion, right to culture and education, right to constitutional remedies, right to equality, right against exploitation, right to food and environment and right to good health. Rights and duties are inter-related. As we all know that hard work brings success likewise if you want to enjoy your rights, you must be dutiful. Another important thing is that it should affect others right and belongings. Being educated is also very important in some places in India, people don’t even know that there exist a government. Every individual should realize their responsibility as a good citizen and should enjoy all our rights and save their nation.
