More than 1.5 million MNC professionals around the world were offered about ten days of holidays to enjoy this vacation. Most of the top IT Firms like Yahoo, Accenture, Cisco etc.. offered more than seven days of holidays for the employees. They also told that the works are completed with an outstanding effort and its time to enjoy. One famous company’s CEO told that most of the products were delivered at right time and also the deadlines are long enough to manage. So Yahoo offered about ten days leave to all its working professionals globally across the world. Most of the technical professionals are packing their bags to get back to their native places to enjoy this new year. All companies offered paid leaves to employees. Some professionals also told that the leaves were provided only to some projects and some projects which have some pending works will be working through these days. The market is booming day by day and all were expecting a blissful and euphoric new year. On the other side the reason behind these holidays is the operational cost. The companies decided to save the operational cost by providing some valuable holidays so that the workers ill b back with full enthusiasm!!
