More than 1.5 million MNC professionals around the world were offered about ten days of holidays to enjoy this vacation. Most of the top IT Firms like Yahoo, Accenture, Cisco etc.. offered more than seven days of holidays for the employees. They also told that the works are completed with an outstanding effort and its time to enjoy. One famous company’s CEO told that most of the products were delivered at right time and also the deadlines are long enough to manage. So Yahoo offered about ten days leave to all its working professionals globally across the world. Most of the technical professionals are packing their bags to get back to their native places to enjoy this new year. All companies offered paid leaves to employees. Some professionals also told that the leaves were provided only to some projects and some projects which have some pending works will be working through these days. The market is booming day by day and all were expecting a blissful and euphoric new year. On the other side the reason behind these holidays is the operational cost. The companies decided to save the operational cost by providing some valuable holidays so that the workers ill b back with full enthusiasm!!

There can be many inventions and improvement in technology but the invention of solar energy is the best of them. Solar energy is defined as any form of energy radiated by sun, which includes light, X-ray and radio waves. This solar energy is not only used by humans it is also used by plants in a reaction called photosynthesis. The energy radiated by sun is the only food for the plants. Solar energy is been a helping hand to give raise to many technologies where the solar energy can also be used a electricity. Not only in the improvement in the technology, solar power is used in many houses nowadays. By using solar power we can reduce the consumption of electricity and the instruments used for absorbing solar energy is not very complicated to use it is very simple. Even wrist watches and calculators can run using solar power, this can be made possible by adding a small solar absorbing instrument. Solar power is more commonly used in water heaters and many users says that using solar power is more convenient and effective than spending electricity for households. In many places even government is insisting people to use solar power rather using normal electricity.

Transport from one place to another is by three ways Road, air and sea but the maximum transport is through road ways. With the high development of automobiles fields roads are full of vehicles even though the government has made a number of arrangements like signals, over bridges, traffic police dept , etc the problems of traffic jam is unavoidable. Due to the over population our roads are over flowing with vehicles and which leads to accidents. A survey tells us that every day 35 persons are killed in road accidents. The government is warning the people to wear helmets, follow road traffic rules, to avoid rash driving, not to drink and drive, not to use cell phones etc traffic jam happens and accidents happen. To have a pleasurable road travel the roads in which we travel should be of good condition and clean. Over pollution is also a cause for road accidents which can be reduced by having regular emission check which many of the automobile owners don’t do. Some countries have “NO smoking day” and that day they only use bicycles to reduce the amount of pollution created by using a automobile. Every individual riding a automobile should know the values of his precious god given life and should ride safely to protect it.
